The national MATHEC-SFGM-TC database is now operational. It was developed by the team from the Reference St-Louis MATHEC Center for Rare Diseases, in accordance with the national rare diseases plan (PNMR 3) and the directives of the DGOS, to allow the annual collection of of monitoring data for each patient treated with stem cell therapy for autoimmune diseases in France: clinical evaluation, survival, status of autoimmune disease (remission, stabilization, relapse, progression) as well as post-transplant complications (toxicity, infections) in accordance with European standards. This database is declared to the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL) and is hosted by the Epiconcept company, a certified Health Data Host, ensuring a high level of protection of its infrastructures and patient data.
